Today, we went to Busch Gardens. The butterflies and flowers were abundant.

Day 430
This evening, we were surprised by a tree frog clinging to one of our living room windows. It stayed for about an hour, but eventually climbed up the window and disappeared. Tree frogs are common here, and part of the nightly Summer symphony. They are rarely bothersome. The 1st photo is about twice the size of the actual frog. The 2nd photo includes my hand, for scale of the frog's size.

Day 429
Today, we had more rain off and on...but mostly on. There was a break in the rain while we were dining. There were beautiful puffy clouds for a little while, before the rain started again. My husband drove us today, so I got to play with taking photos of the raindrops on the windshield.

Day 428
Today, we had rain off and on through out the day. I was a companion and passenger today, with my husband. This makes for fun photo taking in the car, of the rain on the windshield and blurred trees in the background. We stopped in Carytown for lunch, but parked in the neighborhood behind it, where there were many beautiful wet flowers.

Day 427
Despite the extreme heat that we've had here, this crape myrtle looked ever lush. This was growing in a median of a parking lot.

Day 425
This afternoon, we headed to Hampton, VA to eat seafood. Afterwards, we went to the near by Buckroe Beach, to let our daughter play in the sand. There were seagulls perched on the boardwalk lights and power lines.
