Day 365

While I was pumping gas, I noticed these vibrantly colored crape myrtle trees in the near by parking lot. Since today is the last day of this project, there will be more photos than normal. Oddly, this set turned out a lot better than past sets. Maybe 365 days of practice helps...just maybe...or yes.

I've been tracking the moon cycle all month. It's sort of perfect that tonight it's a full moon.

  1. The moon is a perfect ending to your project, congrats on finishing your 365! Red-orange leaves against a pure blue sky is one of my favorite things about autumn. Lovely capture. I agree, a year of practice pays off!

  2. Today was really great photo wise. I'm happy to have it end this way. It's hard to edit sets, when I love so many photos. These turned out very well, and since this is the last post of the project, I wanted to share all of the ones I loved.

  3. Congratulations! And what a lovely way to end. I will miss seeing your daily images, I hope you don't stop entirely.

  4. I miss taking them. I probably won't stop entirely. We are going to Tennessee in December and France in August, so of course there will be photos then. We might go to Hawaii too. Not sure about that last trip. I used to take a lot of nature photos, but not daily, just because I do love nature.
