Since there is less than a week left of this project, I want to finish it by taking photos of some of my favorite natural things from the project. While outside a restaurant, our daughter noticed this tree had no leaves. After further inspection via a lens, I realized it was a dead pine tree. There were a sparse amount of dead pine needles left on these spiky branches.
Today while driving around and stopping at many lights, I took some photos interesting nature things.
Dead leaves mixed with live
The circles are from cutting branches away from the trunk. This tree was beside some power lines. The removal was likely to keep the branches away from the lines.
Today, I went outside to take photos only to be greeted with a wet fogged lens when I took off the cap. The humidity was so high, that the lens kept fogging. After taking a few unusual shots of the hill using the fogged lens, I retreated to my car to take clearer shots...but through a dirty windshield.
This morning, I met up with my friend Amanda Erickson to take some photos at Maymont. I haven't been to Maymont since March and the temperature was about 80, so it was a great excuse to go there.

In the Japanese gardens, there were a lot of dragon flies...
